Limitation of Liability
ATTAHARA is not liable for:
- Delays caused by shipping carriers, since we have no control once our product gets into the hands of public shipping carriers
- Misuse or allergic reactions to our products, always conduct an allergy test before fully using the product at least 2 hours before using
- Typographical errors or pricing inaccuracies

Delivery & Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at ATTAHARA. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in your shipment, we will contact you via email or phone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Standard Shipping (USA): 3–7 business days – Always FREE SHIPPING.
Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses:
ATTAHARA ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the U.S. If this changes in the future, we will update this page accordingly.
Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking number(s) once your order has shipped.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at SUPPORT@ATTAHARA.COM with your order number and details and we’ll happily assist you the entire way!
Refund & Returns Policy
At ATTAHARA, we want you to love living the natural smelling life. Due to the nature of our handcrafted and hygienic products, all sales are final. However, we are committed to customer satisfaction and will consider returns or replacements on a case-by-case basis.
Returns
Returns/Refunds are only accepted if:
- The product arrived damaged
- You received the wrong item
- Item was never received
To request a return, contact us within 7 days of delivery at SUPPORT@ATTAHARA.COM with your order number and photos of the item.
We do not accept returns for reasons of personal scent preference, as attars are highly subjective and skin chemistry varies from person to person. However we will always be listening to your feedback and would love to add your concerns to our FAQ.
Refunds (if applicable)
If a refund is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
